This is an introductory to intermediate watercolor class on painting botanicals, fit for beginners but also beneficial for those with some practice! As a science illustrator, I'll go over the basics of outlining and sketching the form of the subject, assigning shadows, color matching, and basic watercolor techniques including wet-on-wet washes versus wet-on-dry detailing.
